Please review the following payment and cancellation conditions for your stay at AMAYA. The applicable cancellation window depends on your arrival date and booking type.
For flexible bookings arriving from 1 December 2026, a non-refundable first-night accommodation deposit per room will be charged 5 days prior to arrival. Arrivals before this date retain the existing deposit requirements applicable to their booking. The remaining balance is payable at check-in.
Your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit has been successfully processed. If we are unable to process the payment, a second attempt will be made. Should payment remain unsuccessful after the second attempt, AMAYA reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Arrivals from 1 December 2026
Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to arrival are free of charge for flexible bookings. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation charge.
Arrivals before 1 December 2026
The existing 3-day cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to arrival are free of charge for flexible bookings. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation charge.
No-shows or cancellations after check-in incur a fee of 100% of the total booking value.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.
