Check-in at AMAYA begins from 2:00 PM, giving guests time to relax and take in the coastal surrounds. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to contact reception in advance to discuss early arrival options.
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM, allowing the resort to prepare rooms for incoming guests. Late check-out requests can be made at reception but are not guaranteed. Guests with later departures are welcome to use the resort’s facilities or store their luggage securely while waiting for travel connections.
AMAYA offers complimentary secure underground parking for all in-house guests. Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis, with one car space allocated per apartment where available.
Additional parking spaces may be available upon request but are subject to availability. Guests with oversized vehicles are encouraged to contact reception for guidance, as the car park has a height restriction and may not accommodate larger vehicles such as campervans or trailers.
Guests staying at AMAYA can enjoy a relaxed Broadbeach morning with a variety of cafés and restaurants located just a short walk from the property. From barista-made coffee and casual beachside breakfasts to fresh seasonal dishes, there are plenty of nearby options to start the day at your own pace.
Please note, breakfast is not included with standard bookings. Guests are welcome to explore the many local dining options throughout Broadbeach, with several popular cafés located within easy walking distance of AMAYA.
AMAYA offers free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival for most bookings. If a reservation is cancelled within 3 days of the arrival date, 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations after check-in will also result in the loss of 100% of the total booking value.
